How to make a custom quotation?

We've developed a feature for custom quote creation. 

This means you can choose the input yourself with the possibility of pre- and on-carriage.

1) Log in

To create a custom quotation you first need to log in with your Admin account on Workplace.

2) New Quotation

Click on "new quotation" on the left hand side of the tool and then click on "Custom Quotation"

3) Choose recipient and cargo class

Select the Client or Company you want to create the custom quotation for and then select if you would like to create an LCL quotation or an FCL quotation 

4) Route and Timeline

You can choose to select the origin hub or select with pre-carriage. 

The same goes for Destination, where you can choose a hub as destination or choose on-carriage.

If you choose to select with pre- and/or on-carriage the input fields will expand.

You can also simply choose to select port to port. 

Additionally you have the possibility to select from all sorts of drop downs here:

Pre-/On-Carriage MoT & Main MoT: Air, Ocean, Truck, Rail, Relay, Barge, Truck & Barge, Truck & Relay

Then you simply need to fill in the leftover input like Carrier, Transit time and Transshipment Locode (if applicable)

5) Cargo ready date

Choose your cargo ready date or leave it as it is. 

6) Cargo Specs

Enter you cargo input for either LCL or FCL like you would creating a normal quotation:

7) Export your quotation

You can now download the custom quotation and turn it into a PDF file
